Hi everyone! When I first started this blog, I really wanted to take new pictures to use for it. The only problem was that I didn't want to drive forever to find a cute place, I just wanted to go somewhere close, get a few pics, and go home. In the process of finding places to take my pictures, I came up with a list of my favorites. I still haven't been to all of them, but I thought I'd share the list with you! Click on any of the names to see the location in Google Maps. :)
My favorite photos ever (the ones all over my blog) were taken at North Bank Park Pavilion. There are so many great photo spots there such as in front of a brick pillar, by the river looking out on the skyline, and basically anywhere else! I would definitely recommend going as early in the day as possible or on a week day to avoid crowds or any events going on.
Franklin Park is a very photo-worthy place in general. There are so many great photo spots inside and outside! The conservatory has flowers and plants almost everywhere you look, as well as blown glass artwork and so much more. There is a fee to get in, but I would say it's definitely worth it for the beautiful pictures you can get out of it! You can visit their website by clicking here.
I've never taken pictures at Genoa Park but it is so beautiful! It's located downtown near Cosi and it has lots of great places for pictures.
The gardens have many beautiful plants, waterfalls, and so much more. There are lots of places to take photos everywhere you look!
I've been to Lynd Fruit Farm a few times in the fall, but never taken photos there. There are acres of fruit plants, trees, pumpkins, and flowers. Right now there's even a sunflower festival! It is a bit outside of Columbus, but worth the drive for some great photos in summer and fall.
